In May of 2014, the Scandinavian countries will assemble for a large, joint congress in Copenhagen, The congress concerns developments within ear, nose and throat surgery.
We worked together with Rigshospitalet to organize this 4-day congress at the Tivoli Congress Center. During the congress, we arranged a number of social events for the participants, including a boat tour, a gala dinner at the National Gallery of Denmark, and a reception at the university.
CEC’s areas of responsibility were to develop the official website, register participants, identify sponsors and exhibitors, maintain contact with local partners, and to be present throughout the duration of the congress.
CEC had an amazing few days at the congress, with some 700 Ear, Nose and Throat doctors.
The Copenhagen Event Company was the official Professional Congress Organizer (PCO).
