Just a quick note to thank you for a great conference and all your help in ensuring everything went smoothly. I especially liked the exhibit area as it was near the poster hall, food/drinks etc, and we had good traffic coming to the booth. I also appreciated the temperature in the hotel which was perfect – the US meetings are usually freezing!

For the Nordic ear-nose-throat congress, the choice of the event planning agency was CEC. They were simply the cheapest agency and the agency with the best ideas of how the congress could be conducted. CEC is extremely creative thinking in their approach to events. In general, I think we conducted three great events. Reception for 300 guests – Opening day for 700 guests – Christmas party for 100 guests. So a great thank you for that.

This evening’s winner has become one of Cirkusbygningen’s loyal collaborators wit 4 different events in one season. They manage to create innovative and new events whilst maintaining the same concept and course of action, which gives the agency and the staff of Wallman’s a cohesion up to and during the evening.
Also, the agency manages to create a great buzz in the market, showing the outside world the magical framework of the agency and Cirkusbygningen.
The winner has in the 2012/2013 season been behind events such as:

Your company was contacted at a time when we had quite a crisis in the arrangement and you showed an enormous willingness to take up the challenge to come in and take care of the local arrangements. And indeed this is what you have done. The whole organisation of accommodation, transportation, numerous dinners and other arrangements has been done promptly and effectively and with a smile and enthusiasm which reflected a positive attitude with which you have met all challenges.
This also includes the acute modifications, which were necessary during the power break, but again you were prepared to be flexible and modify things in a fast and effective way. In the guidance we have had nothing but positive comments and the selection of the university for the gala dinner was highly appreciated by the participants.
I would like you to extend these thanks to all your co-workers and to all the drivers and many associated persons, since all have had a large share in making this congress a successful event.
